Chit Chat / My Father passed away ;(

I am so heart broken. I knew this was coming, as he was put on Hospice just  2 days before. So awful to watch as he struggled  to breathe :'( He is at peace now. A huge part of my days with him are gone. At graveside he had the military honors, and  firing of the three volleys . They folded his flag ever so gently,then one of them came to me I can't remember his words, he stepped closer, handed me my Fathers Flag, then the salute. I am grateful to have had these years with my Dad,(   He  did not know me for the last 6 years as he had Alzheimer's disease. One of the many terrible, mind robbing disease's one can have. Both the computer and phone crashed the same night, so this is first time I could post. I apologize for rambling, Thank You for Listening.

Chit Chat / ALL MY FISH ARE DEAD :(

 I looked at the pond a few days ago and found a few hundred bullheads all dead and floating around on one edge of the pond! I was just back there yesterday, and OMG, I can't believe it all my poor koi are dead too  :'( Geesh, I just loved those fish to pieces!! Kinda like little kids, they would watch me walk around the pond and follow me like little kids!  never knew they were doing that until one summers day I turned my head and they were all in a straight line!! When I saw them I turned around and started back, and they turned around and followed me to the deep end too I know it's a learned thing, that they come to you certain times when they know your going to give out the treats, I fell just awful! I have to go back and get the big net and I think I will put them in my Fathers Memory Garden! It was such a long and cold winter this year, and lots of snow on the ice too! I just talked about selling the place, it sure won't be the same without my lil babies,

Pond Chat / HMMMMMMMMMMMMM, GUESS I AM NEW AGAIN?

Hi All,
Guess I am new here again? I had trouble getting in the site the other day, kept on comming back as "SITE CAN'T BE FOUND".....then today I tried several times logging in and says: not a know user?? So I re-registered!! Good thing no one else had my name, LOL Anyone else have a hard time signing in? Or maybe they still can't get in??
