Your UV sterilizer will reduce the nutrients in the pond.Do you have a bottom drain?
Waterlilies should be potted in dirt and fertilized regularly.
You can grow parrot's feather, forget me nots, various rushes, equiseteum, marsh marigold, water celery in the rocks. I do. However, I don't have a UV and I don't clean out my pond.![]()

How close to the water surface are they? Water temps? If you get them too hot they don't survive but if you've got them too far under the water surface they sometimes don't do much.
This vine just does not quit. SOOOO pretty this year. I am going to try to get some seeds from it to share.
Oh! I'm not sure I have duckweed now! Mine doesn't look like those either JW! I just posted a pic in a new topic...
