Along with Lavender Lace and Joey T I have had Pink Perl, Denver, Bob T, Tina, Red Spider and a couple more.  I don't have all the pics that I did get resized but here are a few more.

something close to last years.  The last couple of days I have had several blooms. The lighter blooms are more because the sun washed the yellow color out.

Wow, love the pic of you pond... like the waterfall, stream, lotus, did I mention I liked your pond   :o  very nice lay out   @O@   I was slower picking out the pump I needed. I expect to get it in the middle of next week.  Hope the storm does not make it more diffcult to install.  Does not really matter at I will be getting some one else to do it in the rain.   ::)

Ok, after reading and comparing I am looking at the Laguna with 2900 GPH, 130 watts, 3 yr warrent at a cost of $180.  Any one see any glaring problems with this.  My pond is about 2200 gals with 2 waterfalls. I am planing on adding a pre filter with the new pump.

Yes, Esther, that was my thoughts concerning the filter.  I made sense to me a filter before the pump would extend the life of the pump.  Thanks for the infor on things to consider on picking out a new pump.  I need to get in a hurry in buying one.

The guy who built my pond bought the pump a Home Depot.  It did not last but a few months.  I was able to get them to replace it as it had a 1 year warrenty.  That one lasted, humm, about a 1 year and a half.  I bought a more expense pump at Home Depot that may have lasted close to 2 years.  This weekend it went out.   :(

The guy who built my pond had only built preform ponds, mine was the first liner pond he had done.  I think he did a good job on the pond.  But after he put in the pump I ask about him installing a filter in front of the pump.  He did not think it was needed.  I discovered halfway into the job he was not on the internet either.  I was shocked about this.  {nono} Suggested he might want to do that to see what others were doing with their ponds.

I am going to search past post on pump.  There was something posted earlier this year I think on pumps that was suggested as being a good choice and was on sale at that time.  I thought about getting it at the time but you know, I did not need it then.  If anyone has a suggestion, I am open to ideas.

No, Desertponder ... it is a real dresser I had bought at an antique store a couple of years ago for this purpose.  I paid $100 for it.  We just cut out the hole for the sink and glued the face of the top drawer in place.  The other drawers work, the second one is divided.  Painted it all to be water resistant.  I like it much better that what they sell in the stores and much cheaper too.. There is another part the redo.  At the end of the shower I had the end made into sheveing area and put in glass sheves ... I miss resizing that pic  With the plumber, carpenter, tile man and finisher in and out along with the dust every where it was nerve racking ... but I guess it was worth it .... I love it now... @O@

Thanks, HOWELL for your ID on the lily.. I did think that was what it was but after the promble with the line moving some of the lilies and moving a number of the lilies out into the new lily pond that was ready just in time, I am not real sure of what is any more but it is getting better   O0

I am very proud of how the shower and the vanity turned out... the the flagstone path and the pavier on the patio are great too..  I guess I should had named the subject.. how I spend my summer.... :D  And I just talked with my helper about building a deck at one in of the pond off of the patio and redoing the patio cover soon...  I am hoping next year is a simpler one ... how was your summer  :o

Beside the liner almost floating to the top and most all of the plants became overgrown I still love my pond.  This is a couple of pics of the waterfall that became overgrown and allowed the water to be diverted and getting behind the liner.  :-\

This has not been my best pond year... to many things to do to take my time away from what needs to be done... It has caused my not to have as many blooms... but they seem to be coming back  @O@   @O@  The first is Mayla.  I am not sure of the second.

Wow, is that your pond and waterfalls?? I don't remember seeing your pond in the past.  My first reaction was, I needed to go right away and get a shove to dig a bigger pond.  I did get over that quickly.   ::)  The pond is so lovely.  Maybe I can come some times and camp on the shore some times.  o(:-)  Oh, and the lilies and other flower are great too.   8-)~
