i just have alot of plants in the pond for them to hide...i know when something has been spooking them because they hide when i try to feed them so i start looking...i have hawks here and they hang around my yard but i haven't seen any ge4tting my fish but that doesn't mean they don't...lorraine

its hard to imagine the koi being so big...they are outstanding in every way.....how do you take care of them?? do they need special handling and waster  etc...mine are about 12 inches long right now.. lorraine

yes they should of spinally immobilized her from the start with a c-collar and spine bhoard....should be protocol....and put her on the stretcher and moved the ambulance or had police stop traffic...i am a retired paramedic and this could be a neglegence call..  lorraine  any kind of fall is considered head injury..and emt basics and firefighters should all have this training.....

OMG  i can relate,its 105 here and i can't even get out to plant nothing....my pond looks like crap and i  have 3 water aeration going cause the heat sucks all the O2 out of the water the fish stay at the surface by all the moving water and aren't eating alot right now..lorraine
