I know how to see peoples negative or positive ratings but how can you see the notes people add to the feedback.  I have posted notes when rating others service when I purchased stuff but I have yet to figure out how to see others feedback.

Not fair.. you have several different kind and I don't.. but I am working on that problem.  I have been afraid roses would be to diffcult for me but I am in the process of picking some roses for the garden.  Seems not quite right to not have any. Thanks for the pics they are all very pretty.

Thank ya'll, I owe all of my succes to people on this site selling me most of the lilies I have.    @O@ @O@

And yes the fish are goldfish... I have a couple of ugly koi in the lower pond.. something always happens to the pretty ones.. I am planning on buying some fancier goldfish this year.

The first lily is Perry's Orange Sunset but I am not sure of the second one.  I have to get in the pond to fertilize this week end and check... I think it is a lily I bought 2 or 3 years ago and the seller did not know for sure the name... Thought it was either Peach Blow or Glow or Pink Grapefruit.

Aquatic and Terrestrial Plant Exchange / Received lily
« on: May 03, 2008, 09:20:19 PM »
Tim, I received the colorata species lily and it is huge .... thanks for the Black Princess taro.  Is that different from the Black Magic taro?  I think I need to take off work one day next week to work in the pond.  I am not getting enought done just over the week end.  Besides needing time to divide my lilies, I now have 4 new lilies to plant.   @O@

Oh, I forgot to add I had 3 pond heaters in the pond over the winter.... I don't know it that helped the lilies bloom sooner ???  It did help the water lettece ? over winter .. I will not have to buy any this year like I usually do. I think it did cause my electric bill be about $50 per month higher than usually.  I started building a lily pond last year but did not get it finished.  Have to jump on that soon to have it finished to put extra lilies in as I divide them.  But I had planned to use a pond heater in the new lily pond.  Just one more thing I have not completed, yet.

Ok, whoever wants him let me know.  I will try and catch him and ship to you.  I wll pay the shipping too.  I think the mother may be living under the shed in the back yard.  I had thought about sealing it so the neigborhood cats could not get under it.  Looks like I waited to late.  If they woudl just stay little I could like them better.  They get a lot bigger than you think.  I will try and get a pic of the mother some times.  Not near as cute.

Very nice blooms... What hardy lily is shown in the first pic in the second post- the red one?    Joey
Joey, that is Gypsy and I got that from Kat last year.  It was a good bloomer and always very pretty

I actually saw the lily in the last photo, second post in a pond magazine over the weekend!  What is it?  I really, really like it.
Ruthie... I am not sure.  I bought that lily a couple of years ago and the seller was unsure what is was.  They thought it was either Peach Glow or Blow or Pink Grapefruit.  I have studied the blooms and compared it with the pics of each name and have not been able to make a determination of what it is.  Sorry, that is the best I can do.

How could you have lilies not in bloom in Cal??  I thought the liles were blooming early but then I thought a number of them I did not receive until later in the year last year so I expected that they normally bloom early
