Tink,
The Baby Doll that I got from you last year bloomed for me in August. Please excuse my messy containers  ;)

She made it overwinter although it was hard to just leave her out in the cold like that  :)

So tiny! I love the huge stamens (in relation to the bloom)  :)

I am impatiently waiting for spring. The spring bulbs and some perennials are leafing up, so there is hope  O0

Do night bloomers come in colors other than the pinks? I would love a white or pale yellow night bloomer  :)

That is an amazing project!

The survey probably went to an independent company who compiles the results of the surveys. That way, bad reviews don't get 'lost'  :) It sounds like you are doing wonderfully! Are you still using pain meds? My mom in law's doctor always kept her on a low dose of pain medication so that she could better tolerate the physical therapy.

What a year you two have had! I am glad to hear that the treatments have been a success. I can't imagine the anguish that you've been through. Hugs to both of you and prayers for a continued recovery for Bev.

I've bucketed out water before to prevent the fish floating out. Stay safe! I hope the fish are good too!

Yes, thanks Mikey for the update. I'm really glad that the surgery went well. We'll be sending 'pain relief' thoughts.

Has anyone heard from Jerry? I hope the surgery went well. I've been checking all day to see if there was any word.

I don't see why pvc wouldn't work as well, but it's not flexible so the design would have to be very well executed. Not sure what configuration that you are planning. Have you looked at the tubing (hose) in the plumbing section that is sold by the foot? While it's not specifically marketed for ponding, we have some black rubber tubing that I believe is 1.25 that has been in use outdoors for 12 years with no leakage issues. It reminds me of the hose used for auto cooling systems and it's quite flexible. We have replaced the clamps several times in that time period because they get rusty and can't be loosened if needed. The price was amazingly low and in this case I don't think that more expensive provides that much higher quality.

They can really spread in a hurry and with no one cleaning up the dead plant debris, this pond must really look yucky in the winter too. I would not wish to be the caretaker of that pond, my normal sized yard keeps me busy enough  ;D
