Yes, Tim .. I think hot and humid is what it likes.. but I woke up this morning to more rain here .. seems I have had a number of blooms in the pond but it could be more it we had more sun ... the news said last night we have had record rains for the month of July .. glad your lily is blooming .. and thank you for posting the bloom ... might help me sell the other 6 lilies  O0

I took these last Friday.  I got into the pond to add ferterizer tabs to the lilies then it started raining on me and my camara.  It still is not work completely correct.  These are a few shot I took before the rain came.  The first is one I took earlier in the week.  I think it is the best shot as far as c

Tim, did you get the message I sent to you that one of them bloomed today.  I will check with the friend who took the pics with his phone to email to me.  He was not here long as he had been getting over being sick.  That is he thought he was better than he decided he really was and went home to go to bed.  I am going to make the effort to try and get pics before Monday so if you are interested, I can ship then.

Tim, I would be glad to post a pic... I might be able to do that tomorrow... today I was working in the pond putting ferterizer tabs in the lilies ... I had taken a few pics of the lilies up close then put the camara down on a rock by the pond ... well, it began to cloud up but I was almost finished with the lilies... by the time I got out of the pond, it was raining a lot and I hurried into the house... after a mintue or two of looking at pics of other on the AP site I remembered the camara ... I went out and got it .. now I have been checking the camara a few times since then and it is still not working completely but it is doing more stuff than when I first brought it in.... I believe (hope) it will be working by tomorrow... I will let you know when I post the pics... :-\

I have between 10 to 15 small miami rose lilies to sell $5 each plant with tubers plus postage.... they have lots of pads but not buds ... pads are from 1" to 2" and some 3" to 5"... even tho this is a trop I have had sucess over wintering these in the pond .... remember I live in North Louisiana ... I have also over wintered these inside .... would like to do paypal with these

Look further down for more pics.  I have to say these are the worst pics I think I have ever done. You can not really see the pads on the smaller ones here. On the plants that I did not get out of the water, the pads of the MR are the bigger ones. I would be glad to retake the pics. I have more plants than I took the pics of but these were the ones that I could get to without getting into the pond.

The one with the bloom is Tim's if he still wants it.  Tim that plant has another bud on it.

Your ponds all look sooooo pretty.... makes me feel bad about having grass in my back yard... it is only half grass now ... but the back yard is hilly ... I could not have the kind of raised ponds you have but I have been thinking of a kiddy pool ... maybe next year.... and why is it I don't have that lily Kishin???  that lily is worthy building a new pond ...
