She wraps her hyacinths 2-3 in individual bags instead of one big tangled mess, so they don't beat each other up as the box gets thrown around in shipping.

Plus she PP's her stuff so you don't have to be afraid of bringing strange cooties into your pond.

Outstanding.
I'd buy from her at thrice the price.
