Img 3125, 3162, 3205 etc is Santa Cruz Amaryllis.
It was part of a collection I bought last year.
Img 3160, 3207 etc is Exotic Star Amaryllis.
The red and white that bloomed a few weeks ago and I posted in another thread "Springs a Poppin" I think, were the Elvas Amaryllis.
I am still patiently waiting on a Papilio Amaryllis to bloom.

I have 3 bulbs. The one in this set arrived already bloomed out in the packaging so I have not gotten to see it in person.
As to growing tips. I just plant them on containers up to the edge of the neck.
I fertilize and water as needed. When they die back I ignore them until they come back to life on their own.
Now as to seeing growth. There are Dutch and African varieties. The leaves of the African amaryllis begin to appear simultaneously with the flowers.
The Dutch amaryllis period of flowering is often finished before the leaves appear.
By the way, I think all of the snails make their way into my kiddie pools...LOL.
