and another question is ........ that nenufar is this?

The first picture does indeed look like N. 'Madame Ganna Walska'.

There is no way to be 100% certain but based on the color of the petals, the flecking on the pad, and the strong
spotting that I believe is on the outside of the sepal would make me guess
it is N. 'Blue Beauty' which is synonymous with (N. 'Pennsylvania' Conard 1901 and N. 'Pulcherrima' Tricker ).

Yeah it is not a vivip. I was in a hurry before I left for work when I initially posted this and I know that most of what you get are vivips that you trade through the mail.

Okay, I hate to always be the 'lily cop' and I waited hoping someone else would correct what in all likelihood is a typo, but that hasn't happened so.....

While I agree with the ID's, 'Blue Beauty' is decidedly not a viviparous lily.  I'd just hate for anyone to muff the ID because of an uncorrected typo.
