i cant find a new pic . but in these pics it is about 3 foot lower then it usualy is.. thats why the grass and stuff grew like crazy.. but since then i have cut it all down and the water has gone up by 1ft... but even then in those pics its still about 4 ft deep.. as the water level rises the pond grows in diameter by alot. this year im going to tackle the task of clearing out all the shrubs,small trees and thorn bushes in the back
its not the nicest but its a work in progress .. this year alot will be done to it  ;)  once the weather breaks a lil im going to start cutting some of that stuff down, not looking forward to it but its got to be done. im going to leave some of the bigger trees ( for shade.. just need to get all the nasty stuff out

just figured out why my pond is not getting any higher... there is a 14" pipe for drainage that i didnt know about ... so i blocked the pipe and it has gone up by 6 " so far woohoooo
