We are making a 100 gallon stock tank Skippy filter. I can't find the stainless steel waterfall piece to insert for an outlet. Koi Village's supplier said they don't make them anymore. Has anyone seen any anywhere? If not we will have to use a 4 inch closet flange I guess but I don't like the look. Can anyone help?

I had a sheet metal guy make me an extra long one out of Stainless Steel..

I just used a 4" 22 1/2 degree PVC pipe.

Silicone caulked it into the flange and it discharges the water onto the top of the waterfall. Waterfall lined with rubber liner, of course.

Rock facade covers the PVC pipe for aesthetics.

I do now have the sillway hidden. Not nearly as obrtusive.

I used two 2" bulkhead fittings for my 150 stock tank. The liner for my stream runs up the side of the stock tank and the bulkhead fittings seal the holes for the liner and stock tank.

Home depot or Lowes, etc. carry sheets of aluminum that you can make into almost any shape you chose. If you go this route, be sure to construct the spillway with flanges for both floor and sides to bolt to the skippy.
