The "Great Ape" is booming, the Aroids not too well, at least not yet. Maybe they need to be in a pan of water????
On Bottom Colacosia esculanta, Elopia. Dig those spotted leaves. It is supposed to look that way!

I emailed the seller and got this nice reply.
I have done as they advised.
Aloha,
Yes they are aquatic plants and should be in water to do well.
It is best to cut off all leaves except the last or emerging leaf after replanting.
Keep the water cool and keep them out of full sun until a new leaf has emerged.
We grow them under 30 shade and full sun after the get 24 in. tall.
Circulating water is best but not necessary just keep it fresh.
If you can also provide mist like on a misting bench for a couple days it is a big help too.
Hope this helps.
Mahalo.
