I thouroughly enjoyed meeting socal ponders on my vacation last summer--a real great group! Too bad I missed out on meeting more ponders in my own state! Really looking forward to my trip to San Antonio in 2.5 weeks!!

Home at last!  About 140 pieces of mail to go through!  I am dumping all the humor, no choice.
I also had no Internet connection.  Fixed that in about 2 hours.  So easy when you know how.
If it happens again I will have forgotten :'(
The only BAD day of our texas adventure was today.  The gps could not handle the Airport at all.
It was like a bad dream.  Made it home safely but no computer >:(-

Of course the folks we know from AP were wonderful, but regular Texas folks were as well.  I love TEXAS!  Love Corpus and Aransas Pass too.  I am a water guy and would be out paddeling or fishing a lot.  Just beach combing is good too!
Did the "River walk" again.  The plants alone are worth it.  Even saw cypress"Knees" there.

The computer seems to have recovered and I can do pix once again.  It is late, but here are a few for now.
POnd Joy in the AP tee in top pic. The lady in the print top is Rikkie a pal of Savahanna's a riot too.
She laughes at all my jokes and the fart machine had her close to tears! The man in red shirt is Bob, her husband.  They are from Corpus.
Savahanna in the pink tank top.  My wife Elaine in the other pinkish top.
Moving down:  Carlos and my wife at the Alamo at a eatery.
The lovely girl astride a horse is Savannah's daughter (help on name please)

It is now Thursday and had a nice long sleep.  The Computer is purring again, all the glitches seem gone.
I met Savannah's neighbor Diane, really nice too. She had me over for a glass of ice tea!

I seem to have LOST the pix from Corpus and Aransas Pass.  They were some good ones too.  So sad!
The computer went berserk and no idea what I did.  I know they were uploaded but it now says "NO IMAGES"
Maybe they will show up yet.

* they got deleted from the card.  I am sure they can't be restored.  A few were flattering too ::)
I made a vid with my tiny Flip Camera.  Not too bad.  Just the waterfront at Corpus.
I can send it to my self, but You Tube says my password is wrong.  it is not!  I can sign on fine but not with Flip Cam :'(
