Jet Blue

Was anybody here able to take advantage of the Jet Blue $10 flights?  To celebrate their 10th year anniversary, all flights were just ten bucks on May 11-12.  I was reading my Google news on Monday and saw the article and told the fetching Mrs. Mikey about it and she quickly booked us into Portland to do a quick visit with our kids/grandkids yesterday.  We took them out to dinner last night and flew back into Long Beach this morning all for around $80 ($40 for the round-trip for two of us and another $40 or so for taxes and fees).  Thanks Jet Blue!

If only Jet Blue flew into any airport anywhere nearby, I'd have been back home in Long Beach so fast!  Alas, no Jet Blue anywhere close...and I'm so homesick I could just cry!  Glad you could take advantage, Mike!
