Does anyone have an Islamorada for trade?
« on: May 26, 2010, 07:45:39 PM »
I lost my tropical Islamorada this winter.  Only got one season out of it -boo.  I really liked it too.  I should have been more diligent about trying to grow some vivips in case something happened to it.  I thought that there would not be a shortage of leaves to grow out and it never occured to me that my tropical would actually not survive the winter here in Florida and not leave a tuber behind.  I have a Tina that is giving me a scare right now too. The tuber was practically mush, except for the crown which has a small start.  If it doesn't make it I might be looking for a Tina too.  Should have been more persistent on her vivips too.

I have a small Woods Blue Goddess extra that tubered and can grow out for a swap if anyone is interested.

Nice pics of WBG & it is a great lily.

If you don't get a trade, I do have extras of Tina & I can probably find an extra of Islamorada.

There is never enough room for all of the water lilies that I want ;-)

Hi. I have an Islamorada that I can trade but it is small now. only about six inch stems, and nichol sized pads. Will be ready in a few weeks. Will Trade for the Wood's Blue Goddess if it will be ready then? Or when do you want to trade, while they are small or larger?
