Everything is very nice.  Your blooms are all pretty.All you leaves look healthy and groomed. It is nice to see pictures of groomed lilies instead of old and torn lily pads.

Esther, there are so many yellows out there. I have Chromatella and N. mexicana. I'm not that fond of it.

I have several different pinks so need yellow and white. I gave my white away because it didn't blossom much. But most of all I would almost die for a blue or purple. What happened to the hardy blue I heard about? Did I hear it died or wouldn't make babies or something?

I've not anything about the blue hardy water lily. Maybe TMike or Matherfish can enlighten us.

THere is a blue hardy that has been hybridized but is not on the market. It was made by pairat whom creted pink ribbon in Thailand. Crossed with a hardy and tropical, or just a different species of the nymphaea, it's more purply pinky than blue but still awesome! It has hardy like pads overies rootstock And carpels while it holds flowers above the water like a tropical with a trops color, even though it is a cross between trop and hardy it's predominantly a hardy and she's called siams blue hardy.

Esther, next spring I will have to divide this lily if you want a division or another yellow Texas Dawn which is not blooming for me as of yet this year,
is yours for postage.

Vikie, I wade the ponds every two weeks to remove spent pads and blooms and fertilize if necessary. It is on the to do list for this week end. A masn  should never have a sloppy pond.

Rad, the prettiest blue lily I have ever seen in my humble opinion is a Tropical called Pamela, a true sky blue lily.

LOL Esther.  I ask DH to remind me and he turns around and says "Okay so remind me to remind you..." I give up.  I have sticky notes everywhere, and I write on the back of my hand- sometimes mistaken for a tattoo by others
