I would love to try a lotus this spring - if anyone is splitting theirs and would like to sell a start or offering for postage I would love to hear from you.

Thanks!!

Kay, how often do you have to split  a lotus??  I've seen pictures of that one it's a beauty.  Sorry I can't help you, I'm hoping the two I took in from last year make it, or I'll be starting over.

Deirdre,
I will be splitting all of mine hopefully this weekend...I should have Empress, Mrs.Perry, Rosea plena, a few momo botan and hopefully a few chawan basu....they will be $12.50 each plus shipping...
 Marla,
I divide mine yearly or every two years...really I'd say they could probably go 2 or even 3 years if you plant them in a big enough container....
