Sean catches 90% at least. I spot a few. There are ways of telling who they are and what their goals are. As out popularity grows we become a target.
Sean may enlighten us more.
Many places like Afghanistan are red flags!

I run a small forum myself and am stunned when I see that Boris is in a basement in Belgrade manually typing in captcha codes just to register on my teeny tiny little gardening forum... for what purpose? Sell that little blue pill? Tell our members we are the sole heir to a fortune which he will get for us for a small fee? Seriously I have no idea what the spammers think they will accomplish. (I've never approved them to give them the chance.) I type every IP in at stopforumspam.com.

no need to guess numbers, but id guess 3 a week or more some weeks,
yes blocking the IP is good.

i'm not very good on computer and scamming never crossed my mind . good job guys, but if know you're catching 90%, then you know the ones you're missing????????????
