Seems dangerous, assuming some drivers might swerve suddenly to avoid the "pothole."

Except that there's nowhere to swerve as the potholes span all lanes...

Liability aside, it's an innovative advertising concept. In any event, I'd definitely hire the mind behind the concept even if I had to veto a proposal or two for obvious reasons. Creativity should be on the protected species list in this day & age. Seems it's a rapidly vanishing rarity.

Would love to have a 'speedbump' like that on the street across from the park here... its a park speed zone but so many fly through going over 50

There used to be am alley in Venice Calif. It was called "speedway"   so everyone speeded there.

Too funny aside from the dangers.  I just came back from driving trip through the Quebec, Maritime, and East Coast and those potholes we drove through are real!

Did you read the comments? They pretty much all agreed this was a stupid idea. Thought that it would get people used to seeing kids painted on the streets and learn not to slow down when there actually was a kid.
