Quote taken from Facebook:
Nymphaea 'Butter Cream' by Mike Giles.
You don't know who he is? Don't worry, very soon you will.
He is quietly producing some of the best new material behind the scenes and we are proud to introduce his plants through the IWC.
Here is one of Mike Giles' hardies.
Nymphaea 'Fairy Skirt'.
We have about a dozen of his hybrids in the collection right now.
Fairy Skirts is my personal favorite...it wasn't blooming when I was in San Angelo

Mike has some beautiful lilies. Here's the man worth watching, just to see what he
will do next, and also to see when some of his beauties hit the market!!!

Thanks everyone.
I have lots of new ISG stuf that's very cool but I want to talk to Tim about what he wants to show first on the IWC site before I start showing them here.
I have hardies crossed with night blooming tropicals that have VERY weird leaves but so far only a few have bloomed. So far all are day blooming. One has a purple flower the others are pink.
It looks like I will have to wait till next spring before any of my hardy blues start to flower. They didn't quite get to flowering this fall. Maybe they will flower this fall in the greenhouse.
