To a package of cake mix, add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil, and 4 tsp milk. Mix together into dough and roll in small balls. Then roll the balls in powdered sugar. If you do chocolate cake mix, when the surface "cracks" you'll get a crinkle effect because of the powdered sugar.
OK, some options--plunk a Hersey's kiss in the middle. Or roll the balls in chopped nuts, coconut, or mini chocolate chips or add Craisins. I used a icecream scoop that holds a tablespoon for a uniform sized cookie.
Another option:
1 package chocolate or white cake mix, 3/4 Cup crunchy peanut butter, 2 eggs, 2 Tablespoons milk and 1 cup peanuts, candy coated peanut butter pieces or chocolate chips. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350*.
