Hi all
I've given up my pond-we moved into a new house and rented our old house with my water garden to my daughter and her girlfriend. I'm teaching them to keep the pond up, and they need some water lettuce, hyacinths etc. Gosh I was just in Fla last week-we canoed 26 miles on the Santa Fe river and went by clumps of gorgeous water lettuce (no hyacinths, which I guess is a good thing for the river)/. I should have put some in a baggie and brought it home! Anyway, I would be willing to pay for them (not just postage), becasue up here in VA, buying one water lettuce is like 5$ at the ripoff garden center.
Can anyone help????
In the meanwhile, I am starting a bog garden at my new house---pond maybe next year... sigh... I do miss my lilies and my fishies.
