Is Dipel Dust safe for cats?

It has BT in it as per the bag, but it does not address anything about pets (aquatic or land).
I have a stray cat that likes to drink out of my ponds and I don't want to harm her.

Hello, I've used the stuff for years and haven't gotten sick.
On a side note, farmers use it on crops that are eaten by humans.

I would agree with Enzo also. It is a natural product I believe (even though it doesn't sound like one
) that uses a bacteria I think and it is safe for pets and humans. Not so much for mosquito larvae. Below is a paragraph I copied from Garden Web from a larger article.
Bt is a microbial pesticide, Bacillus thuringiensis, that comes in several forms. Bt 'Kurstaki', for example, targets needle- and leaf-ingesting caterpillars and it is the one we commonly use for cabbage loopers, imported cabbage worms, tomato hornworms, fruitworms and pinworms, corn earworms, etc. Dipel is a Bt 'Kurstaki' product.
