« on: May 09, 2011, 07:06:36 PM »
Last Monday we had a killing frost...today the high was...94* (yesterday it was 96*)   :D

with winds gusting to 40mph.

The average high temp for this time of year is 76*.

{:-P;;  I wonder what the 4th of July will be like   :-\

Sigh... Agreed.   {nono}  Where is spring?  We hit 2 records yesterday; record high of 100F (knocked out the old record of 95F from 1896) and the earliest day to hit triple digits (by 1 day).  It was so hot the last 2 days that I didn't even feel like going outside at all.  Of course I had a bad sunburn from dividing waterlilies and cleaning up the rotted leaves in the pond on Sunday so that really adds fuel to the fire. >:(

Its been like that here too. Stayed cold, rainy and windy and then BOOM, 85 degrees practically overnight. ::) Went straight from cold to hot.

Ditto here.  Rained last night!  Isn't this May?  We don't get rain after February until next February!
