I went to Bern's about 12 years ago. People do not believe me when I tell them they have a live tank/aquarium from which they take your fresh fish. Although its a steak house it has fresh fish too! Also we saw the aging room. Amazing!

We saw so many things on our tour in the restaurant kitchen.  I don't remember the fish tank but boy do I remember seeing the meat aging hanger.  DH was as agogged there as I was in the wine cellar!  I wish I took pics but I was amazed at the size of the multi kitchen scenes for every aspect of the menu food served.

Did I say, !!YUMMA YUMMA!!
