My Turtles Love Lawanna's plants! So do I !

A few are doing fine.  I rescued a few and they are in a tub for now.
Surely someone knows Lilly that turtles don't like. :'(
The ones that thrive in the pond have been there for many years, what they are I have no idea. Flowers are white and yellow.

yes, Mike I give them canned Mackeral a few times a week.

OH NO....hope you were able to save them--as long as the roots are still intact they will come back....I wish I would have thought about the turtles when I was packing you box I would have been glad to put some duckweed and hornwort in there just for the turtles....Jerry you got some spoiled turtles--they are soo lucky to have such a wonderful home....

I was in the garden last night and there was a red ear heading to the pond!  He scurried by me and plunged in!

The Sweet flag is fine. Others are saved and one seems ok....so far.

What is so odd is that my existing lilly's are fine, sure a pad may go at times, but they produce new pads fast.

MY QUESTION:Does anyone know of water pants  that turtles do not like?
Sweet flag is one. as are my existing Lilly's.  I have no idea what they are. :'(

Jerry I'm sorry I don't know of any that they don't bother...here I can always tell if we have a turtle in the pond because they destroy the plants....
