anybody else having problems with page loads and having to refresh? Screen Shots

WHen I go from one post to another or from pond chat to gardening etc, the page loads as a old page with none of the post in it and I have to refresh the page.  anybody getting this problem???

THe screen shot shows when I first clicked on chit chat it loaded a old page.. then when I click refresh I get the current page. .this happens no matter where I go.

Yes, I do.  I thought it was just me but I guess there are others.  I get booted from Chat many times.  Sometimes it's just slow going and I know it's not my internet service.
