How's this for a night shot?
« on: June 20, 2007, 08:10:00 AM »
I had gotten a new camera earlier this year and went out one night to take a picture and see how well it does at night.  This picture was just a normal shot, with flash, and not set to "night" or anything else, and the fish are about 24-26 inches down.  The depth is about 28 where they are.

Not bad for a pond that I was told would be murky, dirty, unhealthy and a mess after two years!

I mean, it's not the prettiest pond around, but I'm happy with it...
I'm broke and can't afford to pay attention, so you might have to lend me an ear.

yeah, I know....my whole pond was designed for the fish though...a long shallow channel, a small catch pond by the falls, and a larger deeper main pond area where they can hide and play.  Even though it's small, the lenght's about 23 feet so they get to explore and play in the waterfall.

it's fun....
