I remember them both.  I used Pam's Puddle of links on  regular basis.  I guess the Internet Pond Society is dead and gone...   I also wonder what happened to Allan Farmer and Chuck Rush.  Rush also had a website that I found helpful back in the mid to late 90's.  I believe I heard that a grandchild of Alan Farmer had drowned in their pond and that was about the time he disappeared off the Internet scene.  A tragedy like that would likely cause me to loose interest in my pond as well.  Very sad.

I've had Pond Rushes bookmarked for years but never knew him online. I remember Roger but never knew him. I never knew Pam either.

Scott: Yes, that's the site.  Thanks!

LeeAnne: If I recall correctly they used to be active on a newsgroup rec.ponds.  rec.ponds is where I initially learned about ponds and I was active there for a while.  It was not moderated and sometimes things got ugly.  Then in the late 90's I found Sue's forum when someone mentioned it on the GW pond site.

Pam Ingle was instrumental in gettting the original Internet Ponding Society forum going and was extremely active in that forum  for several years.  She then was active in Sue's Watergardening forum.  Roger Zutterling was the webmaster for the Internet Ponding society and then was also the webmaster for the Water Gardening forum as well.  Much of the groundwork for pond forums other than the "Spike" forum was laid by these two pond  forum pioneers.
