very nice little tub garden Bonnie. that is pretty much what i am trying to do with some of my marginals - just not enough room in the pond for all the nice ones.

i used to have moneywort as one of my first plants. the second year it crept out of the pond to the dirt outside. what was in the pond died off the next year but i have this one little patch that comes back in the dirt every year. never gets to be more than about an 8" diameter but it is always entertaining and reassuring to see it reappear.

Thanks all for the compliments.. not the best of pix because it was dark and I just rushed outside for a second to take a pix.

Daisy, both! ;)

There's approx. 5 inches of water in the pot, then topped off with small rocks.  I used bigger rocks to raise up the creeping jenny and asian water grass.

I have a Helvola in there somewhere but the plants have really taken over, especially the water hyacinths.   I need to thin them out again!
