Sure Bonnie, I'm sure he'll love that. Thanks for the name of the ground cover, so many
tourists want to know what it is.
Dahlia, You are so right, the good will stores get their donations from the people that live in the area,
stands to reason the better the area the better the stuff. we should start a thread on Good Will
and yard sale finds! I got a few nice things this week.
I even picked
up a nice woodworking book for 99 cents, for my Head Cabinet maker, and he was delighted!
Thanks, barb, Jonna, and Kristin.
Kristin, the Asian vase is about 16"tall is cream colored with a lot of gold and red. It has elephants on it.
I always wanted to make a lamp from an antique Asian vase. I got the vase last August and was
pleasantly surprised that it was much nicer than the photo depicted on Ebay.
Lucky for me it was a bad photo cause I was the only person to bid on it!
The bottom is only numbered, there are no other markings.
It has been sitting on our server for a year now and since I haven't made the lamp yet, I filled it with the
branches. Here is a picture of it right after I got it.
