We are supposed to be 70s trailer trash!  They gave me the way too small shirt, and wanted my belly out!  geeshh kills my ego!
I am the one looking under the hood.  The smoke is not real.
The kids were really delightful and fun!
Monday I am a stand in for a name star, who I know not.
Stand ins gain great experience, they are considered part of the crew and not the cast.  I am to know the stars lines too.  It pays pretty pretty good!   At last.

Tell 'em the smoke needs to be coming out from under the hood or out the back. That way it looks like somebody is burning supper. LOL. And those folks are just too clean, hair styled too well, and their clothes match-----wrong!!! And where's the junkyard dog?

yes Esther he had a smoke machine under the body.  My shirt was theirs, not the one i brought that fit me!

You need to come here and be an art director.  Good eye!

Jerry, the way those folks should look is just too fresh in my mind. We recently evicted folks from one of our duplexes. Until our appliance repair guy referred to them as "red necks", I hadn't made the connection. These folks had two pitbulls, (junk yard dogs), an ancient motor home that wasn't running, three cars that wouldn't run, trash all over the yard, the house had been so mouse infested there were droppings all over. The 35 year old son who had missing teeth and no highschool diploma mouthed off to his employer and got fired. His mother was very overweight, diabetic and asthmatic on oxygen, and of course on disability. And the girlfriend was doing daycare up until recently. Funny though, when you'd see them, they were clean. I don't know how they accomplished it coming out of where they lived. LOL

I was a stand in yesterday for him.  They say we look similar.  Sadly he is not able to walk well.
The "job" lasted about 5 minutes.

Oh believe me I will!  I have yet to see myself in a film, this after 9 months!
Larry David's Show on HBO "Curb your Enthusiasm" will have "my" episode appearing in one of the next 3 or 4 episodes.
I also have DVD copies of other shows promised.  If and when I will get it to our indefatigable webmaster.  Sean may be able to post the video here.

They tell me it takes 100 auditions til you start doing it right.
Last night my teacher made me sing!  I cannot sing, but talk sung like Rex Harrison did in "My Fair Lady."  NO, I am not comparing myself to him.  He has a fine speaking voice and was a very polished actor.
I am better prepared if she springs it on me again.  One student was an Opera singer and wowed us. The others were like me, ugh!  One was so chicken he sang "Happy Birthday."

I am now prepared with "Chattanooga Choo Choo." < note my shades!
