What do you make of this pic?

This pic was taken of my great-nephew on Easter Sunday.  When I was looking at the pics, as I was taking them this one did give me chills.  I will also say, no one smokes in the house.  What do you see.  Maybe its just me, I have looked at this pic on the computer many times.  You all will probably just think I'm loosing it, but I see an angel.  Then another way I see a whole face.  Its strange to me.

My impression is that your right arm appears to be raised and moving while possibly holding something in your right hand and that object in your hand passed between the baby and the camera at the moment the photo was taken resulting in the angelic appearance.....

Well I looked at it forever in every angel possiable. I do belive in angles but I couldn't see one. :-\ Sorry :'(
