Yes this is true LeeAnne.. all of the feedback appears to be before people have got their magazines which is not smart in my opinion.
This person does seem to have some unbelievable deals which made me more leary but some are very close to what others are selling them for....
So far I've never been burnt on magazines thru ebay ( I'm probably jinxing myself now) but always wait until I receive my first magazine before leaving feedback.
Isn't the cutoff for feedback 90 days ?
If I recall, I have 6 months to file a claim on my credit card company...
Ebay is always a risk, last year a person who I'd bought plants off of for a couple years all of a sudden disappeared and alot of people got took.. found out later that she moved then started a new user ID.
The auctions were for plants which were going to be shipped out in the Spring for presale so many people couldn't leave feedback when the plants didn't arrive.
I know it is only five bucks but Please be aware that magazine subscriptions are high fraud on eBay.
You won't (not) get the first magazine until AFTER the deadline to file a fraud claim with PayPal has passed.
You need to check with your bank and see how long you have to file a claim with your credit card and use it.
I have read dozens of posts by those ripped off on subscriptions on the eBay boards. By the time the buyers realize they have been ripped off the seller has made hundreds of dollars. It is sometimes too late to leave feedback too.
