AAA Grand Canyon Railway Tour?

We are considering taking the AAA Grand Canyon Railway tour.  I recall someone on a forum saying they had taken that tour and they had some suggestions.  I believe they said something about they wished they had changed their lodging itinerary or something.....  Has anyone here taken that tour?
