Are you going to be a move star?
When I was a kid my family was on a road trip and we drove through LA. Hollywood. I swear I saw Doris Day driving a VW bug on the freeway next to us. No one else thought it was her but I know better. It's practically impossible to drive through LA without seeing at least one movie star.

I was in Atherton once (Northrn Cal) I was going to have lunch with 2 guys. From the back I see the trademak hat and a pipe sticking out. He was carrying a kids record player into a repair shop.
I said to my friends, "My god that's Bing!! They said I was nuts. then Bing turned.
They were impressed I spotted him from the back. He wore the getup he was noted for.
I still love Bing's songs.

We will see. They have a good reputation as well as website. On the Actors site I use many say they are unhappy with their agency. It's like all else, some good some not. And some folks (Actors) are their own worst enemy. Literally shoot themselves in the foot.
Saw a great movie tonite, "Lars and the Real Girl" Very different and touching.
