Lady Margaret

She fared well throughout the winter.
This is the earliest I have had passion flowers.

That 2nd shot was the first good bloom. I tried to turn it for a better shot and snapped it off.
So I just tossed it into a kiddie pool for it's own clutter free background.

Lady Margaret is very beautiful. I might have to try and find myself one. Passifloras seem to be my new addiction.

Tim, I really like your Lady Margaret!

I am soooo jealous you have such beautiful color one and mine is plain like this,
Regardless of color there is nothing plain about a passiflora.  Their structure is so intricate that they always look fancy.   8)

Mine has been blooming for about a month now...

Edit: I take that back.  I checked my photos and mine has been blooming since February.   :o

Maryvonne, watch out they grow on your heart as well as on your fence.

Sonny, I agree with the structure comment. They are cool no matter the color.
I have tried the red ones twice. They don.t seem to handle our heat as well.
The leaves burn and then the plant cannot feed itself well enough to survive for me.

cc, I like that one just as well. I have a blue called Sapphire I think. I hope it comes back.
So far it hasn't. It did not bloom as much for me. Just a few flowers.

My Belotti on the other hand is a monster and getting crazy. It is winter hardy and never loses it's foliage here in Houston.
It's flowers look big and thick in comparison to other dainty types. It has been blooming about a month but most of the blooms have been 12 foot in the air so backlit sky shots have not been too good. It is starting to bud pretty heavily down low now though.
