No Caffeine !!

I stopped drinking coffee a month ago ...it's about to drive me crazy too !  :D
Now I have a kidney infection & the Doctor said NO CAFEINE   {nono}! For a whole week !...it's a cruel cruel wolrd.....,  ::) I sure miss my ice tea . Oh well , I only have 2 more day's before I can drink iced tea ... @O@ . Then maybe I can get back to being my old self again instead of this grumpy old woman ....Oooh well live goes on ... ;D

I stopped drinking any sort of caffeine several years ago when I discovered that it kept me awake and made my heart beat funny. I still drink iced tea but caffeine free.

Don't that just bite.  I bet if they took my caffine away, I would just fall out.  Sometimes I think that is what keeps me going.  Maybe that's why I drink so much, I always have some Diet Doctor Pepper at hand when I'm home.  When I'm out on the go, I don't drink that much.

No Caffeine or alcohol the Dr said.   I quit caffeine years ago, had a headache the first day without it, but that was it.  I never drank alcohol for real.  Oh  2 to 4 beers a year, but zero now.  Why the beer? Heck everyone does it so it must be good.  Ben Franklin, my hero, said "there must be a God because we have beer."  Not word for word, but close.
I often wonder, is my well being in the hands of a waitress?  She makes a mistake and then what happens??

There's nothing better than a nice hot dark roast coffee or espresso with a delicious fresh baked warm almond croissant....but that isn't helping you, is it?  ;D

landey1230, sugarfree redbull and kettleone is one of my favorites when we are camping! Bonnie, I think that my employees would not be very happy if I had to stop having my coffee in the morning, I imagine I would be very cranky/grumpy as well!! Jerry, beer is my week spot, I love trying any and all kinds of different kinds of bear, some years back a friend of mine got me a " beer of the month" membership, every month I would receive a 6 pack of different flavored beers, I used to look forward to that UPS delivery!

Last time I went "caffeine free", the Coca Cola bottling company sent a "crisis intervention team".  Investors panic'd.  The market fell, and the Fed had to lower interest rates. It was the scariest 30 minutes of my life. :)

If you gave me a choice between oxygen and caffeine, I'd have to think about it. :)

So it sounds like you guys are a bunch of adicts.

Caffeine does such scary stuff to my heartbeat it didn't take much convincing for me to leave it alone when I finally made the connection.

I was told no caffeine in my early twenties.  Thankfully I am not hooked on tea, colas, or coffee ... but I am hooked on chocolate which has caffeine!
