Hello,
 I have a question about elephat ear, can the bulb be planted in my stream ?
If so how deep should it be planted. The bulb I have has some root growth and is
about as big as my fist.

a regular EE can not be planted in water...only Colocasias can...your regular EEs are Xanthosoma and will not do good in the pond...and most of the time even with Colocasia I like at least 2 leaves on them before I put them in water....
