Great pictures of Baby Doll. Love all the combinations of plants in the container. Have a question? Looks like some Siberian Cups in the container. Recieved some earlier in spring and they are growing wonderfully! How would you suggest I over winter in Zone 5 ? I only have them  planted in pea gravel. Rest of my marginals I sink to bottom of my sediment pond in about 18 inches of water. Retrive them in spring but didn't know if this would work for them. Thanks in advance for any advice you might provide.

I love that.. looks very good with the grass.  I tried to copy your baby doll one but the pink cups took over the baby doll.  I tried to thin them and the silk stockings out but think I  keep uprooting the lotus when I did.

Tinkster, my Pink Cups took over too, but I let them.
Sometimes you just have to step back and leave well enough alone. 8)

I will never grow Silk Stockings with Baby Doll again though.
Silk Stockings almost choked my Baby Doll to death.  :o

MCP, can you bring the container into a garage, or shelter of some kind?
Or start some in another pot, and do an experiment:
Sink one pot and bring another into an indoor cold shelter.

I am constantly pulling runners of my Pink Cups and literally dropping them into other aquatic pots for 'groundcover'.

Sue, where do you live where it is so dry?  ?)(?
Peace to all  ... Joyce

Joyce, thanks for the reply. I got these pink cups from Tinkster. So would not dare to let them die! {:-P;; She also included a silk stockings in the planting which is coming up also . What can I expect from this plant? You both make it sound like the plague. :)  Should I put this in the garage or in with the ones I sink in settlement pond?
