Mikey, actually a pale pink flower, that is Siberian Pink Cups...aka
Baldelia ranunculoides.
This bowl lotus is growing in a low faux stone 36" wide bowl.

It does look kind of cool even if it is failing. I thought maybe it was red markings in the pad or another type of plant.
I know nothing about Lotus. But, I'm going to give one a try next year. I fear it may be too dry here though.
