Out box and replies

Can anyone tell me how to make sure my messages sent are stored in my outbox automatically. Quite a number of people have sent me personal messages which I have replied to, but these replies are not being saved. I need them for reference. And also how secure is personal information sent in mail box on the forum, who exactly has access to it? Or is it better to use a hotmail account for things like telephone numbers e.t.c?

When you write a message check the box at the bottom of the message that says something about saving messages sent.   
Does sound like the correct answer?

Check under Profile

On the left, under Modify Profile, click Personal Message Options.  It will open Profile.  See the last 2 check boxes.  That should do it!

If I recall correctly, this was discussed a long time ago when Jerry was setting up the board and the response was that PMs are secure.  However, I have a special encryption breaker program and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your PMs Cedric....

Yes bad Mikey, I will take more caution.

Good point though. Its not that I mind in the least people reading my Pm's it's just that I cannot compromise third parties across the globe with telephone numbers and addresses etc, that's an invasion of privacy and I will not be liked very much at all should this happen.

Anyway I have set up a hotmail for the purposes just hope people can see it.
