They are solar powered but do have batteries. They last about a year. Here they are at dusk with new batteries. They do twinkle like real torches.
Got them at Costco

cool!
Our Metal Tiki Torch oil tanks rust out about once a year.
Thanks goodness they make replacements!

Very nice. I always worry about the flame/heat from oil ones. Those are a great alternative.

Very cool Jerry, and the pond looks FAB!
I bought some pretty cool Tiki Torches a couple of years ago that are metal with a nice glass design in the middle, luckily the tanks are plastic so they don't rust.

Wow, those are cool. I don't think my costco has those. I will check when I go tomorrow, already went twice today! Hope I'm not the only costco addict here.

Jerry the pond looks fabulous! Nice torches, but have you seen the solar changing color glass ball on a stake at Costco? A set of 3 staked balls for about $19. Cool!

Yes Greg I was just about to mention you bought them last year after seeing my post.
I will take a close up tomorrow afternoon, late.
If we had a lot of parties out there it would be a nice touch.
