Katfish, I'm in waterford, Between Detroit and Flint.

Lorraine, There is liner under the falls and the rock on either side. We've never had an issue with leakage. The liner extends pretty far beyond where there is actual water flow.

Veeeerrrryyy Nice....   Do I see 2 drops to the main pond, a waterfall and a creek?  That is what I have also and its an interesting bit of plumbing to get it right...  Great Job!!!

What a absolutely beautiful pond. I love the natural look. I can't wait to add plants to mine next year. The tall plant that is in the water next to your waterfall I am assuming that it is a pickeral. Am I correct? How deep of water is it planted in? And is it winter hardy for your area? I want some of those for my pond next year. I am in zone 5.

  Thank you

I have a tropical pickeral. It is not hardy and it is about 3 ft tall at least. I like it because it is different and the blooms are a more blue color. Oh and I love the ponds.

O0  Kathy your pond is beautiful!  The waterfalls and fountain are so well designed.  Love the crane, especially since it's not real!  :D

Very peaceful....I like the flagstone perimeter around the pond and the flat steps the water rolls off before falling into the pond below.
My next female cat will be called "Whata Lily"!

Rick, that is a yellow iris. it was sent by cath a couple years ago and it does wonderfully! I can send you some if you like! I just stuck it in the rocks in the water, no pot or soil and it grows and returns after winter. Wish all my plants performed like that one!

Kathy, it is sooooo Beautiful, and green!  It is so dry here.  Your falls and stream are great!  DH wishes we would have put in a stream.  Your landscaping is great also.
