I think you mean "is there another hurricane forming"?
There are three interesting systems following Gustav. The one the most threatening potention is INV97.
But the good news is that after a hurricane, the sea waters are cooled, so following storms are less likely to be as severe.

All three systems are now hurricanes. 

For this area, of the three - the most likely to be a threat is H. Ike. And its a BEEEEG WAN.

Yeah, Ike is worth paying a lot of attention to.  He's a cat 4 already.  Hoo Boy!
