Hey Esther! and anyone else who likes miniatures.....
« on: December 05, 2008, 03:36:19 PM »
Here's what i have been working on the last couple of days.
It's a baby and Matt bought the bassinette, which I had to put over the top.

You are just a marvel. I could never do anything like that. Now I could make the bassinette though.

The fairy garden got moved into the aquarium this weekend. It's still very scratchy, but it was free.

That looks great.  You have given me a idea for that 100 gallon I just inherited.  As far as the scratchy'ness, just tell them you were trying to get it to look enchanted/mystical.  I love it.

Thanks Kim! I was wondering how I could make it look like it was SUPPOSED to be misty, but still see through it. I like to photograph them so I makes it hard with the scratches to actually see the items well.

I just finished this little guy last this morning. He has taken a fall and is having a tantrum! He'll go in the doll house.

Do you have growing things in there too?

I layed my aquariums on their sides so there was an opening to see in. Of course mine were rooms and needed sides and a roof.

Oh yes Esther!! I have live plants in there too! I look for plants with tiny leaves. I have baby tears, some kind of succulent that looks like an aloe plant, rosemary topiary, some small ferns and then the fakes that I make too.

made this goldfinch feeder tonight

Mommy has her hands full. She has been woken up to many times tonight.
I call the girl with pigtails Joanie Baloney. She wants Mommy to pick her up.
