But a serious answer would be is they are so calm because they are kept in a low stress, low key environment, which in results make the fish happy and calm.

This is the first year this pari is going to spawn. I will be doing a video every week ok the spawning, koi eggs, everything. It will be a documentary for everyone to learn from.
