WE NEED THEM TO UNLOCK OUR DOMAIN NAME AS WELL.. ooops, sorry about the caps lock. Contact them and ask them to release our domain name so we can move it to GKG.NET

I didn't know it was locked.  I have the info to have Acenet be our custodian.
Who is GKG?

I will email you when I get home, I am in Calgary visiting my son, grandaughter and faminly for birthdays and I have limited internet access. I get back home on Sunday evening so will contact you by email on Monday. We do not want Acenet as our nameserver custodian either in case we decide to find a new host later this year when this hosting package expires. GKG Net is a name server host and you already have an account with them that Andy and I set up for you for the .net and .org addresses.
When you next speak to Globat, insist that they release our domain name as we were going to move it to a different custodian anyway.

We do have a year to get it done.  I did pay for the year.  OK on your plan!
I fear that speaking to Globat can cause problems like shutting us down as the did before.   I will follow your instructions.
