Hey I'm really new to this, and as its the start of the new koi season i found quite a helpful lot of info about Koi at http://www.koimag.co.uk/advice

biggest thing... quarantine ALL new incoming fish to prevent new parasites into you pond, but also to prevent losing your other fish to KHV.  Better to find it in qt than by finding dead fish in your pond.
